Information you provide
Card details
The details you put on your card — name, role, company, work description, phone, email, social links, service area, experience, offered services, and payment details — are stored so your card can be shown, synced, and shared.
Card appearance
Your card's colors and styling are stored with your card so it looks the same across your devices and on your public page.
Account & device data
Account identifier
KlaaroCard uses Sign in with Apple. We store the account identifier needed to connect your card to your account for recovery — not your Apple email or full name.
Notification token
If you allow notifications, we store a push token for your device so we can tell you when someone shares a card with you. It is used only for that purpose.
How your data is used
Showing & syncing your card
Your card data is used to display your card, keep it in sync across your devices, and restore it when you sign in again.
Sharing & your public page
When you share your card or someone scans its QR code, your public page at klaaro.cards shows the details you chose to include. Payment details appear only when you mark them visible.
Notifications
When someone shares their card with you, we send a notification that includes their name so you know who it's from.
Who your data is shared with
Apple
Sign in with Apple handles authentication, and Apple's push service delivers notifications. Apple's own privacy terms apply to those services.
Hosting (Supabase)
Your card data and account record are stored using Supabase, which provides the database and server functions that power sync and recovery.
People you share with
Anyone you give your link or QR code to — or who receives your card — can see the public details on your card. Only share what you're comfortable making visible.
Your choices
Control what's visible
You decide what goes on your card, and payment details stay hidden until you turn them on. You can edit or remove any field at any time.
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from inside the app, in Profile → Account & Data → Delete Account.
Notifications
You can turn notifications on or off at any time in the iOS Settings app.
Keeping & contacting us
Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your card, account record, and notification token are removed.
